All such interactions must be conducted through Mynty Ltd.Following the introduction you will receive our information material by e-mail.The Customer shall refrain from disseminating any material to third parties. However, the Client is authorised to present this opportunity to others by distributing the link to the form you are filling out.
For the purposes of this Agreement, ‘Confidential Information’ includes all written, electronic or oral information disclosed by the disclosing Party (Mynty Ltd) to the receiving Party (the Customer) which is defined as confidential due to the nature of the information and the circumstances of the disclosure. These include business plans, customer lists, financial data, trade secrets and technical specifications.
